Instructor Training Conference Set for June 6, 2008

The next AIREE Instructor Training Conference will be Friday, June 6, 2008, at the Stonegate Conference Center, Hoffman Estates. Legislative updates, a panel on teaching techniques, and exciting presentations by a variety of speakers are being scheduled. Attendance at the conference will satisfy the IDFPR training requirement for instructor license renewal for those who have not taught in the most recent licensing period.

Registration will begin at 8AM with continental breakfast. The program will begin promptly at 9AM and will conclude by 4:30 PM. A buffet lunch will be served at noon.

Illinois Real Estate Continuing Education Instructor Alert

If you are licensed as a Real Estate Continuing Education Instructor in Illinois, you must renew your instructor's license in even-numbered years. This means that currently licensed C.E. instructors must renew by June 30, 2008. If you do not receive your renewal notice in the mail by June 1, contact the Real Estate Division of the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation at 217-785-9300.
